Kaleda is from the small neighbouring town of Palmerston, Ontario. She grew up on her family’s cash crop, beef and chicken farm. She moved to Egmondville, after University, following the man of her dreams. Kaleda has been training using CrossFit methods since 2012, and before that played hockey and competitive soccer. Kaleda started Degree CrossFit Seaforth after moving to the area and realizing there was no where to workout, without having to drive 45 minutes or more. After training herself and a few friends in the garage at her house, she decided to take the plunge and open her own affiliate!

Nicole, arguably, has one of the hardest jobs at the gym, and that’s to keep the place running smoothly! She’s not only the person who answers your email inquires, but also looks after helping the Coaches, restocking supplies, data collection, and even looking after our Social Media accounts. This girl is a “Jill-of all-trades”!
Nicole was born and raised in Seaforth Ontario, she decided she wanted to see what the world can offer and went to school for Travel and Tourism and is currently working as a travel agent. Nicole is always on the go; if she’s not at the gym she’s either volunteering in the community or is travelling the world.
She completed her CrossFit OnRamp at Degree in January thanks to another member at Degree who encouraged her to join. Nicole instantly fell in love with the gym, people and everything about CrossFit and decided she didn’t just want to be a member but a part of the team.
Nicole is highly motivated to achieve her fitness goals and this is just another piece of her journey.

I was born and raised in Seaforth. I have always enjoyed being active and participating in many sports. I have been a member of the Huron East Fire Department (Seaforth station) since may 1996 and I was promoted to captain in apr 2009. I joined Degree in Dec 2015 and immediately knew that this was for me. I completed my CF-L1 in Dec 2017 and am very excited to incorporate my teaching skills from the fire dept with my new CrossFit skills
Emily originally hails from Stratford, Ontario. She and her husband, Tyler, own a dairy farm West of Seaforth and are expecting their first child in August 2018!
Emily has been CrossFitting since August 2016 and hasn’t looked back since! Matt played varsity hockey at TWU in British Columbia where he obtained a Bachelor of Human Kinetics and a Bachelor of education. He also works as an Elementary teacher. “ I love guiding and coaching people in leading healthier active lives, regardless of their age or fitness level. From those that have never stepped into a gym, to athletes wanting to improve their game.”
I live by Brucefield and operate a pig/cash crop farm with my husband Leo.My journey with crossfit started when I needed to get serious about my health. I began my on-ramp in Coach Kaleda’s garage and have been a part of this great group we call family ever since. Not only has my health improved I have met so many new people that support each other and have become our crossfit family! An opportunity was given to see if coaching would be something I would be interested in doing so I decided to take a chance and see where it could go. It has been an awesome experience so far and I can’t wait to see where it will go. My goal is to help others reach their goals improving their own lives.Looking forward to helping you.
