6 Weeks to Look, Move and Feel BETTER
Are you ready to make a commitment? This program is for those that are ready to go all in. If you are tired of crash diets, workouts that just aren’t fun and tired of starting over… It’s time to THRIVE!

Are you looking to improve your running in WODs? Looking to run your first 5km? Just looking to get outside and do some running with a group? Good news! DCFS Running Club is back in time for spring! The biggest barrier to starting to run, or training for a race, is knowing where to start and sticking with it. With two group runs a week, plus one run to do on your own, we’ll build up to your goals and stay consistent! No previous running experience is necessary; just bring yourself, some enthusiasm, and your running shoes!
