- 3 cups washed and chopped leaf lettuce
- ½ cup chopped cucumber
- ½ cup halves strawberries
- 1 small grilled chicken breast, cubed
- 3 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Toss lettuce, cucumber, strawberries, chicken and feta in a bowl.
- Drizzle with vinegar and oil and toss again.
Tip: Pair with a slice of whole grain toast or whole grain crackers for a complete meal!
